2. Account and security

You must secure your account and device access. We provide discretion features (privacy mode, PIN lock), but enabling and using them remains your responsibility.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• If you enable a PIN lock, you are responsible for keeping it secure.
• Notifications are available in-app only; no push notifications are used.

3. Conduct rules

You agree to respect privacy, consent, and boundaries expressed by other members.

• Respect privacy and consent at all times.
• Illegal, fraudulent, or non-consensual use is prohibited.
• Harassment, threats, and coercive behavior are prohibited.
• Fake profiles and impersonation are prohibited.

4. Moderation and safety

To reduce fake profiles and risky behavior, TaciMeet applies trust signals, behavioral detection, and targeted moderation measures.

• We may apply restrictions when safety risks are detected.
• Reports may be reviewed by the moderation team.
• Temporary or permanent restrictions may be applied for safety reasons.

5. Tokens and payments

Tokens are for in-app features only. Prices, purchase limits, and applicable rules are shown at checkout.

• Token purchases are final and used for in-app actions only.
• Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Mollie).
• Token crediting depends on payment confirmation via webhook.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breaches of these terms, safety risks, or abusive use of the service.

7. Liability

TaciMeet provides a private connection platform. We do not guarantee member interactions or outcomes. Each member remains responsible for their communications and decisions.
